Most homes we clean fall into normal or moderate condition — these proceed exactly as quoted, with no surprises.
Some properties have heavy grease, long-term soap scum, dense pet hair, deep staining, or areas that haven’t been cleaned for an extended period. These require extra time, additional labour, and more cleaning products.
When the actual condition is heavier than selected at booking, extra charges may apply. Our team always reviews photos and confirms with you before proceeding with any additional work.

Most end of lease properties fall into Normal or Moderate condition. Heavy condition is less common but does occur, particularly in long-term rentals or properties with pets.
Regular everyday use. Light dust, mild water spots, minor grease. Most well-maintained homes qualify. No excessive buildup anywhere in the property.

Any additional charge will be confirmed with you before we proceed with the extra work. Our cleaners do not make pricing decisions on site. All charges are reviewed by the office based on photos taken during the job.
